We are looking to add a few hard working Sales Development Representatives to our fast growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities will include the following:
-Develop lead pipeline and build strong professional relationships via outbound calls, emails, and visiting potential/existing customers.
-Maintain adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and metrics as outlined in company policy.
-Must learn to identify leads and convert those leads into freight yielding accounts.
-Responsible for full cycle customer service: closing accounts, quoting customers, customer set up, maintaining accounts and relationships, all communication in between, etc.
-Responsible for increasing revenue month over month in accordance with company policy.
-Must be able to gain viable industry knowledge and be able to perform operational tasks commensurate with standards of operations personnel.
-Assume other roles and responsibilities as needed.
